Transcripts & Credentials

A transcript is a complete record of the grades you earned while attending college. An unofficial copy of your transcript is available within your STU-VIEW account at stuview.georgebrown.ca. Official transcripts may be requested using the option below.

Official Transcript Requests

Please visit records.georgebrown.ca to request your official transcript.

The Academic Records team will review and process your request within 3-4 business days. Your official transcript will be issued electronically via the MyCreds™ platform. When processed, current students and recent graduates will receive a notification in their name@georgebrown.ca email, and alumni and former students will receive a notification in their most recent personal email address on file. You must register on MyCreds™ using the email address to which the notification was sent.

Online through Ontario Colleges or OUAC

If you are requesting a transcript for an Ontario post-secondary institution, and an application has already been submitted through Ontario Colleges or the Ontario University Application Centre, an online transcript request can be made on their websites.
